DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) ADVANCEMENT
We understand that providing advancement is key to recruitment and retention of one of our best assets – you! Our DSPs are eligible for salary increase every 6 months and performance is reviewed annually.
ADVANCEMENT TO MANAGEMENT (HOUSE SUPERVISOR)
We find it to be common sense to promote from within if and when possible. DSP’s with three years of experience have an opportunity to apply for our House Supervisor positions if they have demonstrated the proficiency as well as leadership qualities.
