Insurance Benefits

Employees working 36 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.  Coverage is also available to eligible spouses and dependents under age 26. 

Medical Insurance

Genesis Group Homes offers a medical insurance plan through Medica. There are 4 different plan options, including different networks and an HSA plan.  Genesis Group Homes contributes $310 a month toward medical premiums.

Dental Insurance

Genesis Group Homes offers a voluntary dental plan through Delta Dental. 

VISION INSURANCE

Genesis Group Homes offers a voluntary vision plan through Eye Med.

Life Insurance

Genies Group Homes offers life insurance coverage through The Hartford.  Genesis pays the full cost of providing $50,000 in life insurance coverage for each full-time employee. 

Short-Term Disability

Genesis Group Homes offers a voluntary short-term disability plan through The Hartford. The plan pays 60% of weekly pay.

Long-Term Disability

Genesis Group Homes offers a long-term disability coverage through The Hartford.  Genesis pays the full cost of providing this benefit for each full-time employee.  The plan pays 60% of weekly pay.
