Experience: I started in the health care field in 2000. I worked in nursing homes and assisted living programs for 5 years. In July 2005, I started at Genesis Group Homes as a support counselor. Throughout my 12 years, I was promoted to House Supervisor, Designated Coordinator, and am now currently the Assistant Residential Director.
